Create value by satisfying both the user’s needs and the organization’s goals.

Here is the user story that we are all familiar with.
AS a [type of user]
I want [a requirement]
So that [user’s need will be fulfilled] 

This is the new and improved version, aka "Value Story"
AS a [type of user]
I want [a requirement]
So that [user’s need will be fulfilled]
And [the organization] will [be able to reach its goal]
